2. Pick the song that you wanna turn into ringtone
3. Listen to the song, and note down a 30sec segment (that's the max time frame allowed), e.g. from 1:32 to 2:03
4. Right click the selected song. Select "Get Info" on the pop-up menu.
5. Click "Option" tab. Right in the middle, there're "Start Time" and "Stop Time".
6. Change the "Start Time" and "Stop Time" to the segment that you want. Just like the example above, 1:32, then 2:03
7. After making sure both timings are changed and both boxes are checked. Click OK to exit.
8. Click "Advanced" or Right Click the song again, "Create AAC version". A "new song" will appear on your playlist. That's a copy of the desired segment.
9. Right click the "new song", click "Show in Windows Explorer" or "Show in Folder".
10. Rename the "new file" extention from "m4a" to "m4r"
11. Copy the file to "Desktop", and double click the file
12. It will then appear in your Itunes as Ringtone. Finally, synchronise your phone. and WALA ! you have your ringtone !
